One strategy that top model Heidi Klum used to regain her pre-pregnancy weight 2 months after giving birth to one of her sons was eating hard boiled eggs. Keep them in your fridge and eat the white part only whenever you are hungry.

No Box Diet: Nicole Kidman
Nicole Kidman showed a flat stomach two weeks after her baby Faith was born by not eating anything that comes in a box like pasta, cereals, and the like. Instead eat vegetables and fruits. Nicole ate two types of fish to make up for the proteins: tilapia and mahi-mahi.
