It is important to know that the brain is sensitive and can also be affected by your lifestyle. What you do each day, what you eat and drink and how you socialize can either harm or boost your brain health.

Poor Sleep Quality

Having not enough sleep every night for a long period of time could harm the brain. It increases the risk of neurological disorders.

Dehydration

Stress could also affect the adrenal glands. You might experience brain fog, memory loss and anxiety.
