“You’ll see that your sugar cravings really go away, it’s magical,” per nutritionist Jessica Sepel, who said that you can do it by simply drizzling some apple cider vinegar in your water and sipping it throughout the diet in order to help alleviate any sugar cravings that you may have. Following this, the nutritionist recommended adding a spot of apple cider vinegar to a 1.5 liter bottle of water.

But mixing it with water isn’t the only way to consume it because adding it into a salad dressing filled with multicolored fruits and vegetables is also very healthy. Pickling it into your vegetables also comes highly recommended for it increases the ways that you can take it.

With that in mind, however, experts warn to never take it directly because it can harm the enamel in your teeth, or just taste rather nasty. As such, you should only put one tablespoon of it in a glass of water since it already contains about three calories and zero carbohydrates.

It also contains acetic acid, which is well-known for its antimicrobial properties as well as its ability to help prevent high glucose and insulin resistance.

Besides alleviating your sugar cravings, it can also help promote feelings of fullness when taken before a meal, stopping you from eating too much and therefore helping you lose weight faster since it would result in fewer calories consumed throughout the day.

Lastly, a spot of apple cider vinegar can also help improve your metabolism because the acetic acid in it can help increase a particular enzyme that boosts fat burning while also decreasing fat and sugar production in your liver at the same time.
