Healthy Habits By Gigi Hadid That We Need To Start Doing Today

In the past, Gigi Hadid mentioned that she usually works out for a few hours a day, combining ab-hardening activities, butt-toning exercises and boxing sessions. However, these are just parts of her entire health and fitness routine.

These workouts are some of the many healthy habits she keeps in her pocket. While her workouts seem to land on the higher end of the intensity scale, she does balance everything out with a reasonably flexible diet, which is most of the time defined by pasta dishes, pizza and the occasional dinner out.

Hadid loves to live a wholesome healthy life and we’re here to let you in on some of her healthy habits that are worth trying out.

The 24-year-old believes that carbs are okay. She loves to snack on a box of pizza. In fact, this is what she has been eating these days. She is also fond of eating the typical burger and fries combo. Hadid is all about freedom when it comes to her diet. She does not limit herself, especially when she is off duty.

Back in 2016, after wrapping the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, the model revealed that she instantaneously ate pasta in the backstage. However, she still keeps a balanced diet. When traveling, she eats healthy options and tries her best not to snack on plane food. Hadid makes sure that her diet is nutritious by eating foods that are high in protein.

For the model, pre- and post-workout snacks are a must. To guarantee that she keeps her meals on a regular basis, especially when she is busy doing photo shoots and training, Hadid eats pre- and post-workout snacks to keep her system going.

She previously told Vogue Paris that she counts on a juice, protein shake or smoothie 30 minutes before any session. After that session, she eats a full meal, usually opting for chicken and whole grain rice to strengthen her muscle mass and to increase the effects of the session.

Finally, Hadid swears by boxing. The model is utterly obsessed with boxing. She says that when people approach her and ask about her go-to workout, she always answers boxing. She frequently trains with her coach for more intensive sessions.
