Working for a short time and taking breaks may help you. The Pomodoro method suggests working straight for only 20 to 30 minutes then taking a 5-minute break. 

Concentration blocks would help you give 90 to 100 percent of your focus for 20 to 30 minutes at a time, according to Bulletproof. This should help you complete more work. 

Fix Your Desk

What you see around you affects how you work. Your productivity depends on your visual environment and perception of order. 

One study suggested that order and disorder could either boost an individual’s focus or ruin it. It depends on your preference. 

Some people enjoy organized spaces, while others use disarray to have the motivation to complete their work faster. 

Pick A Sound

Total silence can also improve concentration. But some people become more productive when they hear ambient sounds, like chairs moving and coffee machines in a cafe. 

Pick a place where you feel comfortable. Researchers recommended listening to a 70-decibel coffee shop hum. But going 85 decibels can be distracting. 

Check Your Vision

The rise of mobile devices exposed the human eyes to artificial light. Try taking lutein, zeaxanthin and astaxanthin to protect your eyes. An improved vision promotes more focus on certain tasks.
