Magnesium Oxide Promotes Regular Sleep, Reduces Stomach Acid And Other Benefits

Magnesium oxide is one of the many chemical combinations of magnesium that can be consumed to supplement the deficiency of the vital mineral. The supplement is a white powder formed by burning magnesium and pure oxygen. 

In order for magnesium to be processed into supplement form, it needs to be bound to another substance. One variety of magnesium is made by exposure to natural salts, but the quality may not be as good for absorption. Another variety, magnesium chelate, is bound to an amino acid.
