One good way is to use your failures and mistakes to learn what changes you should stop and what you should keep. This way, you’ll be able to create a healthy lifestyle that specifically works for you.

Of course, being kind to yourself helps, as well as letting go of unhelpful storylines, acknowledging that you need help, taking an objective focus, and most importantly, sticking for the long-term. The road to losing weight is hard but it’s rewarding in the end.
