Most of the time, we tend to deal with tasteless food to help us feel better. But actually, there are a lot of delicious food you can eat to help you feel better when you are sick. 

1. Popsicles are among the best foods to eat when you have flu. This icy goodness can relieve you from the pain and discomfort of dry and swollen throat. In addition, popsicles are good for hydrating purposes. A healthy treat would be made from fruit juice because they are filled with essential vitamins you need to feel better.

2. Turkey Sandwich is both yummy and healthy. It is filled with lean meat that is rich in protein. This will give you the energy that you need to help fight the flu. You may also want to add cranberry sauce for a delicious flavor. 

3. Vegetable Juice is a drink filled with vitamins and minerals. Get the blender and smooth out some raw vegetables for a tasty and healthy treat. A glass of vegetable juice is full of antioxidants to help you fight flu.

4. Chicken soup is the most classic food to give you energy during the sick days. There have been some scientific proofs about the goodness of chicken soup in helping heal a person. 

5. Garlic, when eaten raw, may taste awful but will help you get your energy back especially when you are weakened by flu. It helps you improve your immune system and fight bacterial and other harmful microbes in the body.

9. Never underestimate the healing power of toasts against flu. Crackers can also be a good substitute. Toasts are a good complement for chicken soup or noodles. It will absolutely fill your stomach with healthy goodness.

10. Meal replacement drinks are filled with proper nutrients. In addition, these drinks are low in sugar and just have the right calorie for you. Other flavors of this are strawberry and chocolate.
