Commuters on the London Underground were treated to a vomit-inducing display of human decency when a group known as “Overweight Haters Ltd.” tried to up their self-worth by handing anti-gluttony cards to complete strangers.

The cards started with “it’s really not glandular, it’s your gluttony,” and didn’t get much better from there. Some of the members of the group, which doesn’t appear on the UK’s Companies House records and has remained anonymous, were described as “hipster, smartly, trendily dressed” and with a beard.

British Transport Police has been made aware of people with too much time on their hands wasting other people’s time on the London Underground. They have advised anyone who receives a card to contact authorities immediately, the NY Daily News reported.

"We are aware of the leaflets being handed out on London Underground and would urge anyone who has received one to contact us on 0800 40 50 40 or text 61016 with details," said a spokesman for British Transport Police.

Now let’s get down to brass tacks here. FAT SHAMING DOES NOT WORK. Berating, embarrassing, or scolding someone into losing weight is an exercise in futility. In fact, most studies show fat shaming is actually counterintuitive and can increase a person’s risk for obesity.

Please, if you’re unsatisfied with your own life, don’t head to a public place and begin handing out mean-spirited propaganda in the hopes of bringing other people down to your level. Just enjoy the peaceful solitude you get from living under a bridge, troll.
