Look out, all you “Human Barbies.” Swedish model Pixee Fox could be the new queen of plastic surgery.

Besides wearing a waist-training corset for 24 hours a day and spending upward of $120,000 on various cosmetic procedures, Fox recently underwent an operation in which surgeons removed six of her ribs. Like many young girls, Fox was always drawn to Disney movies at a young age, but as she got older her infatuation grew. Today she aspires to look like the Disney cartoon character she grew up idolizing.

“I’ve always been inspired by cartoons and Disney movies, all the curves and tiny waists,” Fox told Barcroft TV. “People often, they come up to me and say, ‘Don’t take this the wrong way, but you look like a cartoon.’ For me that’s a compliment. My inspiration started with Tinkerbell, but with my transformation, I’ve been starting to look like Jessica Rabbit.”

In spite of spending over $100,000 on cosmetic operations, Fox says she does not want to inspire other people to get plastic surgery. However, she does plan on going back under the knife for hip and butt implants in a few weeks. Fox likens her experience to that of a transgender person. She feels that the body she was born with does not reflect who she is on the inside.

Corset training is nothing new. Women have turned to waist-training in an effort to reach the coveted “hourglass” figure. Also known as tightlacing, this practice not only decreases the volume of the lungs which impacts the wearers breathing, but it also alters rib structure (something Fox doesn’t have to worry about anymore) and changes the position of vital organs. Food for thought: If Kim Kardashian is promoting it, get a second opinion.
