Former Playmate Kendra Wilkinson was rushed to the hospital following a car accident in Los Angeles, reported Us Weekly.

The 27-year-old mother was seen entering the Providence Tarzana Medical Center on Sunday, but doctors are saying she doesn't have serious injuries. However, Wilkinson is "in shock" and feeling "really sore" from impact of the accident.

Wilkinson was thoroughly examined until doctors concluded there were no damages to her body and there were no broken bones.

"She was taken in earlier. She was discharged already," a source told the magazine.

Previously, the reality star voiced her fears about falling from the diving competition show Splash, which premiered on ABC on March 19. The show casts celebrities to dive from jaw-dropping heights, in some ways helping them cope with their fears.

However the show has been coming down with injuries by the episode. The Chinese news agency, Xinhua reported that martial artist Shi Xiaolong on the "Celebrity Splash China" drowned in a training session a few days ago, the first death on the show, while U.S. contestant Nicole Eggert was injured and consequently sent to the hospital and treated for bruises to her back and kidneys

But conquering fears was one thing Wilkinson did not accomplish after she walked off her first dive for fear of heights , saying "I'm so sorry, everybody. It's bittersweet. One thing I don't do is quit. This is the first time in my life I've quit something. This will haunt me for the rest of my life."

While Wilkinson regretted leaving, other contestants like Louie Anderson sported his bruised ribs with a bit more confidence, saying the show inspired him to get off the couch and begin leading a healthier lifestyle.
