Tracy Morgan was rushed to the hospital on Monday morning when he collapsed at the Sundance Film Festival held in Park City, Utah.

After accepting an award at the Creative Coalition Spotlight Awards ceremony, the “30 Rock” star left the building and fell unconscious outside the building, according to TMZ.

An ambulance rushed Morgan to Park City Medical Center. No drugs or alcohol were found in the actor’s bloodstream upon medical examination, according to Amy Roberts, a spokeswoman for the hospital.

While it was reported that the comedian appeared drunk when he got his award, his publicist, Lewis Kay, released a statement saying the collapse occurred "from a combination of exhaustion and altitude, Tracy is seeking medical attention."

"He is with his fiancé and grateful to the Park City Medical Center for their care. Any reports of Tracy consuming alcohol are 100 percent false," Kay added.
