You might have heard the size of a man's fingers correlate with his penis size, but is that all fingers can reveal about a person's health?

The short answer is no. Studies have shown the distance between a man's index and ring finger is a good indicator of how masculine his facial features are; whereas men with more evenly shaped fingers are thought to respond better to anti-tumor drugs (should they need them). Fingers can predict aorta stiffness, too, which is a common risk factor for heart disease. Doctors will combine the data they get from a transducer placed on a person's finger or arm — a device used to convert energy into physical markers, such as pressure or brightness — with their age and body mass index in order to calculate stiffness.

Finger size can predict the health of women, as well; also men and women of different sexual orientation. The key is to know what these differences are, so you may be able to better monitor any potential health problems. Your fingers say a lot — so listen.
