Teens Stay Up Late And Sleep In Because They’re Bums

Remember how mom yelled at you not to waste your life away? Well it turns out that in adolescence, your body’s sleeping pattern changes. According to the National Sleep Foundation, it’s hard for teens to fall asleep before 11 p.m, and the organization recommends about eight to 10 of zzz per night.
