If you’ve got a strong stomach and blackheads are your sworn enemy, this video is for you.

A new device referred to as a “facial pore cleanser” purportedly removes blackheads with suction, inspiring both horror and intrigue. According to the product posting on the Vanity Planet, it runs on batteries and although it carries a regular disclaimer — “We do not guarantee the same result for everyone. We are not dermatologists.” — the video of the little sucker in action grotesquely shows it removing a long strand of oil from someone’s face.

It’s definitely not a video for those with weak stomachs: “Yes, OK, there is that one money shot of sebum exploding out of a pore,” Redbook magazine says. “It wouldn't be a skin video without it.”
