For a family living in the United States, the average health care premium is a little over $16,000 a year. These high costs, along with lack of access to health care facilities and racial disparity inside these establishments, have made some wonder if moving to a different country could be the answer to their health care woes.

A lot of people in the United States say they’d move to Canada to enjoy the free health care there. But if you want to reside in a place with the best health care possible, Canada isn’t on the list. According to International Living, a retirement magazine, there are four countries around the globe that will take the best care of you when you’re sick. They’re ranked not by the overall quality of health care itself, which is hard to judge, but by the cost of medical procedures.
