As if we needed more celebrity lookalikes, a 25-year-old British woman has made headlines with her attempt to mold herself into Kim Kardashian through $30,000 worth of plastic surgery procedures.

Claire Louise Leeson, who started the process to look like Kardashian when she was only 17, has enhanced her boobs, teeth — and of course, butt — in order to capture the essence of the famous actress, who is married to Kanye West. “Firstly I started getting my teeth whitened — which I started doing at 17/18,” Leeson said on This Morning. “Then I wanted my boobs enhanced to the same size as Kim’s. I wear pants with a silicone implant inside. I didn’t wear them today as they didn’t go with my dress. They feel fairly real.”

On her Twitter, Leeson brags about her “bigger bum,” contributing its size to spending “every day of your life in the gym.”

“I’m currently researching [real] implants and having fat transferred from all areas of my body put into my bum,” she told This Morning.

However, her inspiration for the extreme plastic makeover may come from a darker place than simply wanting to resemble Kardashian. Leeson was bullied in high school, and wanted to boost her self-esteem by changing her appearance, a disorder often referred to as body dysmorphia. Many plastic surgery “addicts,” such as the man who tried to turn into a Justin Bieber lookalike, suffer from body dysmorphia and are unable to stop themselves from getting addicted to changing their body. “I was badly bullied at school and it took me two years to realize that I wasn’t [what the bullies were calling me],” Leeson said about her experience as a teenager. “I was told every day that I was the ‘ugliest thing alive’ and I should ‘kill myself’.”

But she claims that “getting her Kimmy on” has helped her overcome her past bullying experiences, and boost her self-esteem: “When I get my Kimmy on I feel like I’m unstoppable and untouchable and I feel like no one can stop me and I can make something of myself,” she told BuzzFeed. “I feel strong… and I feel that I have built enough confidence to love myself a little bit more.”

Strangely enough, but perhaps not surprisingly, Leeson’s natural, makeup-less face is actually quite beautiful. It makes you wonder why she would ever want to change it at all:
