Swine flu caused by the H1N1 virus is pandemic now with more people getting infected worldwide. Is hard to detect at first go since the symptoms are very similar to the regular flu.

2. You should rush to the emergency if there is breathing difficulty or the skin pallor changes to blue or grey. In case of children, they need to be rushed to emergency if they are unable to take in fluids, have severe vomiting, unable to interact and severe cough.

3. Adults should be wary of signs like dizziness, pain in the chest and abdomen, vomiting, and high fever.

4. It is a highly contagious disease and spread through contact.

5. You need to wash your hands frequently and keep it germ free with a hand sanitizer.
