Samsung said Friday it is launching a U.S. website for enthusiasts that will reward interaction and discovering through game-like elements.

Samsung says the site is the consumer electronics industry’s first company to add such elements to a corporate website.

The website, called Samsung nation, will allow web surfers to watch videos, comment on articles, write reviews, and tweet and “like” products as well as participate in user-generate Questions and answers.

The program will reward a positive or negative review.

The company says the site will reward Samsung fans and help it better understand its online community while they look at what the Samsung.com has to offer.

Samsung is making the website with the help of Badgeville, a firm “Social Loyalty Platform” provider for various firms.
