2. Go for a diet that is high on protein and low in fats and carbohydrates. This willensure that you stay high on energy and low on lethargy throughout the day.
3. In addition, drink lots of water during the day and whenever hunger strikes, try andgorge on fruit juices instead of junk food.

7. Devote a pre-specified amount of time each week to indulge in your hobbies. Thereis no better way to destress and focus on yourself.
