An airplane with six people on board, including 3 children and their father traveling for Thanksgiving crashed on Wednesday in Arizona, authorities said.

The plane crashed in the Superstition Mountains and is unlikely that there are any survivors, Pinal County Sheriff Paul Babeu said Thursday morning, according to AZCentral.com.

"We do not believe anybody could have survived this crash," Babeu said at a press conference Thursday morning.

The airplane created a fireball captured on video.

Authorities said Thursday that rescuers found the body of a child between the ages of 5 and 9 during the night, reports ABC News.

The father was traveling with his three children from Mesa, Arizona. The plane was en route to Safford, Arizona when it crashed.
